Domestic Shipments

We ship all orders to a United States address via USPS. Each package will include tracking.

Time Frame

All items ship right away, but please allow up to 3 business days before reaching out. "With current shipping delays and transportation issues , shipping may take longer."

Returns/Exchanges

Due to the nature of our items being second-hand, all sales are final. Please review photos and descriptions thoroughly before purchasing. Preloved Haute guarantees 100% authenticity and will offer a refund if a bag is proven not authentic via a trusted 3rd party site (we’ve never had this issue before).

Cancellations

Due to the quick turnover and high demand of our products, we have a strict cancellation policy for store credit only — no exceptions.
